“Over a decade ago, I had become vegetarian and vegan on compassionate grounds, and certainly not on the basis of what vegetables have to offer. But with the recent coaching with Bronwen, I feel I am only now beginning to embrace vegetables would you believe. My curiosity has peaked, and my little creativity on the food front has been boosted, much to my delight and the health of the body.
With very helpful directions on a balanced plate and other valuable body care pointers, I’ve had positive feedback with my sinus I feel it has improved. An increase of high-mineral and nutrient-rich vegetables contributed to such. And with the reduced carbohydrates, I too feel less lethargic and less down, as some of that did plague me. I am more energetic as a result.
I too used to get migraines, but mostly sinus headaches. Although that subsided just before this coaching with natural medicines the coaching itself has enabled me to further support that stage with food and water intake.
Previously, I was on a trajectory that was overlooking the body. Change was not easy at all, but there were profound insights to drive and ensure the process of change. Overall, it was very informative. I did not know what I was getting myself into, so it unfolded in a very surprising manner but in a well-thought-out sequencing of sessions to bring about understanding.

“I was struggling to motivate myself and I thought a group situation would help me (which it did). The format was convenient (zoom from home) so easy to join. Spending time with my lovely friend Bronwen again was lovely, as was meeting other people.
It (physical and mental well-being) improved it a lot. I felt fitter and more energised. Also because the group was guiding and encouraging me, my mind was free to get on with other thoughts rather than trying to talk myself into exercising or telling myself off for not doing it.
I loved the “check-in” group zoom calls which held me to account. During these calls it was lovely hearing everyone else’s success stories and talk about exercise, nutrition and other valuable information. The tools such as limiting beliefs, sleep tracker and strengths were very helpful.
Definitely I would recommend this challenge to others. It’s great for morale, social interaction as well as physical health due to increased exercise.”

“The move 30 challenge was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. It encouraged me to stay active daily because I wasn’t just accountable to myself but to others who were part of the challenge. Having accountability buddies helped me stay on track. Move 30 also encouraged me find different ways to be active to accommodate my schedule and the unpredictable weather changes in Port Elizabeth.
Lack of consistency when it came to my daily exercises encouraged me to join the move 30 challenge. This had a great impact on my fitness levels and I noticed that I was able to complete exercise I found difficult in the beginning with a lot more ease towards the end of the challenge. The move 30 challenge also taught me discipline and I learnt to do things even when I didn’t feel like doing them. I learnt not to make excuses and give reasons as to why I couldn’t exercise. My sleep patterns also improved.
My favorite part of the program was interacting with new people and hearing how they kept active on a daily basis. It was really encouraging.”
